MySquiz Update and Upcoming Maintenance

Completed - Your refreshed My Squiz customer support portal is now up and running!

You can now access a wide range of support resources with just a few clicks.

Whether you have a question, need assistance, or want to track the progress of your requests, My Squiz has you covered.

We believe this portal will not only streamline your interactions with our support team but also empower you to get the most out of your Squiz DXP and services.

If you’re an existing user take the opportunity to check it out - https://my.squiz.net .

Be sure to follow the prompts when you go to the new login for the first time and click the “Forgot password” link to reset your password.

If you’d like to request access please be in touch with your Account Manager or raise a request through your organisation’s authorised representative.

For customers with active projects with us, still continue to access your Jira boards with your original credentials at the old URL - https://jira.squiz.net/ - these are separate to the new credentials rolled out today for My Squiz.

Your refreshed My Squiz portal will go live on Friday morning, October 6th AEDT. Your https://my.squiz.net/ URL will stay the same and everything else you know and love will still be there – only better.

DOWNTIME
There may be some downtime to My Squiz and delays in processing tickets.
ANZ: Friday, 06/10/2023, 6:00 am – 10:00 am AEDT.
EMEA: Thursday, 05/10/2023, 8:00 pm – 12:00 am BST.
US: Thursday, 05/10/2023, 12:00 pm – 4:00 pm PT.
